We come, build and look after the flight simulators with event professionals.

All you have to provide are at least 3m² of space and 230V electricity and a time window of about 45 minutes for assembly and disassembly.

FAQ for event rental

What is the flight simulator made of?

The set consists of an Icaros flight unit, an LED display for the bystanders and VR glasses.

Does the rental price include care?

Yes, at least one supervisor is always with you. We explain everything exactly and of course we deal with each one individually.

What do I have to provide for the event?

At least 3 m² of space per device and a power connection.

If the event takes place outside, a tent is required, the simulators must not be used directly in sunlight. More details can be discussed.

Also some time for assembly and disassembly.

Can you also rent several flight simulators from you?

Yes, you can also rent several ICAROS virtual reality flight simulators from us. We have the ICAROS Home, the ICAROS Pro and the ICAROS R. Price on request.

In addition, we also have the option to bring additional VR glasses, for example to play rhythm games or watch videos, so that several people can test the facets of virtual reality at the same time.

Can you book the simulator anywhere in Germany?

A journey up to 25km from 78136 Schonach in the Black Forest is included. For a further journey we have to charge a km flat rate. Further information via the inquiry form.
